RETURNS POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely delighted with your Lacuna purchase. If for any reason your item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.

 

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and protective coverings must remain attached.

  • Original packaging including dust bags, boxes, and any accompanying documentation must be included.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or engraved items.

  • Items purchased during special collaborations, limited editions, or certain promotions (if noted at purchase).

Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of delivery to initiate your return.

  2. We will provide instructions for returning your item safely. Returns must be shipped using a trackable and insured method. Lacuna is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments during return transit.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Exchanges for a different size or color are subject to availability.

Important Notes

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components will not be accepted for return.

  • Sale or discounted items may have separate return terms, which will be clearly communicated at purchase.
